Absolute masters of their craft. Will make sure that the job is done correctly the first time, you will never have to worry about it again. Repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and at a resonable price. Once the work is done and you look there is no way of knowing that there was ever a problem, it is fixed correctly and painted to prefection. Also offer a towing service which is very responsive and the drivers were the most professinal I have met in a while. Carl (owner) is there to help get you the best possible outcome for your situation. Insurance not being very kind? Carl has no problem stepping in and handling that! Worried about your car? Carl will make sure that you understand exactly where you are in the process so much so that you can make plans around what he has told you. Robin at the front desk is an absolute pleasure to speak with. You aren't in that great of a mood, Robin is understanding and informative and just makes the day a little better. Workers you see around the shop, they are polite, professional, and guys on a mission to perform at the standard and live up the culture that Carl Fryman has built. If you need something taken care of in the body wo

Admittedly, Springfield Collision was not the first repair shop I called, but I am giving all the praise to God, as I am so thankful that I ended up calling them next. Not that ill be looking forward to needing any type of repairs, but my concerns will be eased knowing I can count on the folks at Springfield Collision Center. This is a high quality, well run, local business.

When I say it looks like a brand-new car, I mean it’s literally sparkling. ✨ I dropped my car off last Monday, and by Thursday of the following week, it was DONE. Fast, professional, and beautifully done. Here’s the part that really matters: my insurance company tried to TOTAL my car and said Co-part would be picking it up. I was even told to sign POA paperwork for their online auction. My car is a 2020 Toyota Corolla with only 60,000 miles, and I really wanted to keep it. When I called Springfield Collision, they actually listened. They were willing to help me keep my car and worked with me on options—including paying some out of pocket if needed. They repaired my car for $5,900—a price that cou

I recently had an incident backing my camper into a spot hitting the top part of my truck into my camper. 2017 Ford Super Duty all aluminum and the damage was significant. I went to Springfield Collision center with a recommendation from my wife who has used them in the past and speaks very highly of them. They helped me from start to finish working with my insurance company and explaining the process as we went along. They did a fantastic job and their knowledge and professionalism at every level is second to none. I trust them 100 percent and will always use the and recommend to any one I know Jim Baker
